Custom-Made Shade Sail-Rectangle

I double-checked with their customer support about edge curve allowances before ordering, and they were very helpful. The final sail size was exact corner-to-corner. Clean stitching and no loose threads.

This is a MUST buy if you want a sun shade. Ours has been up a year and has went thru storms, snow, 50 mph winds (no joke- we live in SW Kansas) and it has held up! Corners have not ripped, have no holes, nothing. Like brand new after a year. If this one ever dies, I will definitely order another!

Measurements were spot-on and the stitching around the D-rings is heavy duty. Shipped much faster than expected for a custom order.

Was worried that an 18ft long side would sag down into our heads, but the curved edge design keeps the entire rectangle pulled taut once tensioned. Very smart engineering.

We live on a windy hill and I was a bit worried a custom 14x16 sail might stretch or rip. We’ve had gusts over 35 mph this spring and this sail barely flinched. The reinforced corners take tension really well. Definitely make sure you use strong hardware and pull it tight.

Living in Phoenix, our back patio was completely unusable from May through September. I ordered an 11.5ft x 19ft custom breathable shade sail in sand color. It took about 2 weeks to arrive. The material noticeably drops the temperature underneath by at least 10–15 degrees. Even let some breezy airflow through so it doesn’t balloon up like a parachute in the wind. Incredible value compared to what local awning companies quoted us.

Strung this over half of our rectangular inground pool. The kids can swim for hours without getting sunburned, and the breathable mesh lets the hot air rise right through.

We have an oddly shaped deck that none of the standard sizes at Home Depot could cover. Sunlax made it to our exact dimensions. Tensioned it up with turnbuckles and there's zero sag. High quality fabric!

I replaced a cheap standard sail that ripped at the corner after one season. You can immediately feel the difference in the Sunlax sail—the webbing runs all the way along the perimeter and the stainless D-rings are solid.

Went with the waterproof PES fabric for over our patio sectional. Installed it with a slight slope as recommended so rain runs right off. Survived a heavy thunderstorm last weekend with no pooling. Very impressed.
